It only grows in tropical dry forests in South America such as the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico, Venezuela, Costa Rica, the Galapagos Island, and more. Its name comes from the Spanish monks who discovered Palo Santo, its name means “Holy Wood” or “Wood of Saints”.
It enhances concentration and clarity when being burned. It smells of mint, lemon and sweet pine.
How to use Palo Santo:
With a match or a lighter burn your stick of Palo Santo.
Hold at a 45-degree angle pointing the tip down towards the flame.
Allow it to burn for about 30 secs to 1 minute and, after that, blow out.
Move about your home, bathroom, workplace or anywhere you would like to clear the energy.
