By placing an order with Spiritual Supplier LLC, the consignee/buyer authorizes Spiritual Supplier LLC to import the goods on their behalf. Furthermore, the consignee/buyer agrees that Spiritual Supplier LLC may delegate the obligation to import the goods on their behalf to a subcontractor, such as a customs broker. It is understood that the consignee/buyer will be responsible for paying any taxes and duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods.
